Return & Refund Policy

While we are committed to delivering premium quality products, we understand that there may be instances where returns or refunds are needed. Please review our policy below:

Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Kindly email us at feedback@ingredientsfirst.in with your order details to request a cancellation.

Damaged Products:
If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit, please email us at feedback@ingredientsfirst.in with your order details along with images or a video of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Product Received:
If an incorrect item is delivered, we will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you within 7–14 working days. Please contact us at feedback@ingredientsfirst.in with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days from the date the return is approved. If there is any issue with the payment gateway, our customer support team will reach out to you to collect your NEFT/RTGS details for manual processing.
